Use gald3r with Augment Code¶
Augment Code — a VS Code extension, a JetBrains plugin, and the auggie CLI, with a codebase Context Engine (semantic retrieval). The CLI is the full-extensibility surface; the IDE extensions expose rules/guidelines + MCP + the index.
Installing gald3r into an Augment Code project writes the CRASH overlay this tool actually reads into .augment/ — the same task board, bug tracker, and gald3r <verb> CLI every other supported platform gets, wired the way Augment Code itself expects it. Today that's commands native, rules native, skills native, hooks native, MCP native via the gald3r engine's MCP (L2). Cheapest high-parity install: ship gald3r's .claude/ tree (+ CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md) — Auggie loads it natively. Or package a Claude-Code-format plugin bundle (commands + agents + skills + hooks + rules + MCP) and publish via auggie plugin marketplace add owner/repo.
Once installed, the same .gald3r/TASKS.md task board, bug tracker, and full gald3r <verb> CLI work identically to every other supported platform — Augment Code is one of 37 platforms gald3r reads and writes today. Commonly searched as Auggie, Auggie CLI.
