Platform Support — all 38 platforms, with the honest gaps marked¶
One binary, every platform. Download
gald3rfrom gald3r_core releases, rungald3r setupin your project, thengald3r platform install <name>— the binary generates the exact, always-current overlay for that platform.
The columns spell C.R.A.S.H. — Commands, Rules, Agents, Skills, Hooks — plus MCP and engine tier (that's the "CRASH+"). This matrix is generated from the engine repo's canonical capability matrix; it deliberately marks what does not function today, not just what does.

Reading the CRASH columns¶
- C — Commands —
/g-*/@g-*slash commands or the platform's equivalent. - R — Rules — persistent always-apply instructions/memory for the platform.
- A — Agents — the
g-agnt-*specialist agents (review, verification, QA, infrastructure) installed as that platform's native subagents/custom agents. ✅ means the install emits agent definitions in the platform's real agent format. ⚠ means something is emitted but doesn't reach the real mechanism (see the gap list). ❌ means no agent pack ships for that platform today — including several platforms with perfectly good native agent systems gald3r simply hasn't wired yet. - S — Skills —
g-skl-*skill discovery and invocation. - H — Hooks — native lifecycle-hook wiring. ✅ means the install emits a real per-event registration reaching the platform's actual hook mechanism; ⚠ means hook scripts are delivered but registration doesn't reach the real mechanism; ❌ means nothing hook-related ships.
- MCP — the platform can host the gald3r MCP server (37 engine tools).
- Engine tier — how the deterministic engine reaches the platform: L2 MCP (native MCP server), L1 CLI (
gald3rinvoked directly), L0 files-only (markdown fallback). Even where a native column is ❌/⚠, the engine supplies the same behavior via MCP/CLI on nearly every platform — the effective readiness is higher than the native columns alone.
The honest gaps, in one list¶
Tracked as tasks, not hidden:
- Agents unwired (❌) — codex (native TOML subagents), antigravity (dynamic subagents), cline (SDK subagents/teams), goose (native subagents), kimi (YAML sub-agent specs), hermes (
delegate_task), warp (Oz orchestration), zed (ACPagent_servers) — all have real native agent systems gald3r hasn't wired. Follow-ups filed; nothing fabricated. - kiro_cli (Agents ⚠) — agent files are emitted as markdown role files, not kiro-cli's real JSON custom-agent format (tracked bug).
- cline / copilot (Hooks ⚠) — both have a real native hook system; gald3r doesn't emit registrations for them yet. Follow-ups filed.
- kiro_cli (Hooks ⚠) — receives kiro's
.kiro.hookadapter mechanically, but that adapter doesn't reach kiro-cli's real lifecycle-hook mechanism (embedded agent-config JSONhooksfield). Follow-up filed. - hermes / kimi / openclaw (Hooks ❌) — real native hook systems exist, but wiring them honestly is blocked (user-global-only config surfaces, or an unverified event mapping). Follow-ups filed.
- roo (Hooks ❌) — Roo Code was discontinued upstream (2026-05-15); entry kept for existing installs.
- codebuddy / kilo_code / qoder (Agents ❓) — agent packs are emitted, but the platform's real agent surface isn't verified yet (curated, not live-tested).
