Use gald3r with Zed

Zed (zed.dev) — a Rust-native, GPU-accelerated code editor. Its Agent Panel hosts Zed's own built-in agent alongside External Agents (Claude Code, Kimi Code, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, OpenCode, Pi Coding Agent, ...) attached via the open Agent Client Protocol (ACP) — making Zed both an editor and a hosting/distribution surface for other vendors' coding agents.

Installing gald3r into a Zed project writes the CRASH overlay this tool actually reads into .agents/ — the same task board, bug tracker, and gald3r <verb> CLI every other supported platform gets, wired the way Zed itself expects it. Today that's commands not yet wired, rules native, skills native, hooks not yet wired, MCP native via the gald3r engine's MCP (L2). Cheapest high-parity install: ship AGENTS.md at the project root (Zed's natively-supported, recommended format) plus the .agents/skills/ tree for gald3r's g-skl-*/SKILL.md files (drop-in, same convention already used for Codex/Amp/Deep Code — zero adaptation).

Once installed, the same .gald3r/TASKS.md task board, bug tracker, and full gald3r <verb> CLI work identically to every other supported platform — Zed is one of 37 platforms gald3r reads and writes today. Commonly searched as Zed Editor.
